I have a couple Northwest Retention Systems holsters that I love. I generally carry IWB but couldn't get used to AIWB...even with my G43 in a single clip We the People holster. I love my We the People holsters for IWB at 8 o'clock carry (I'm a lefty). The NW Retention AIWB holster with the extra mag carrier just fits me. It conforms to the body and has a claw so it turns the butt of the gun inward. I can wear it with my G19 or G45 with RMR under a T-shirt and pair of shorts if I want. I have a fairly athletic build at 5'8" and 170 pounds but this is the first AIWB that has been comfortable. Plus, Tim is a great guy and is pretty quick getting your holster to you. They are kind of expensive but less expensive than Tier 1 or a couple others. Give the website a look. They also have other types of holsters as well.

I carry a G19.5 in an alien gear iwb holster, it's very comfortable, but the AG is "big". Can anyone recommend a good "smaller" iwb holster for this gun? I carry in the 4-5 o'clock position, Rt side.

Thoughts?
Stealth Gear. I use a Revolution (standard) for my G19 and a Revolution Mini for my Shield. Far and away more comfortable than the CBST that I used to own. Here is everything they have for the G19.

I would suggest making sure that no matter the holster you get, get one that is adjustable in height and angle. That way you can figure an optimum position for best comfort, concealability and use without needing to buy a bunch of non-adjustable holsters to find out the same.

I agree. The "We The People" holster I purchased, BTW, great price, comfortable and good CS, is only adjustable for can't. Some of my other holsters are both cant and height adjustable, which I really like. But this holster fits my needs at the moment so I probably won't be looking for another one any time soon. - - - hey wait! I think this xyz has more options, lemme get it too....

And that is how I created my very own Box O' Holsters.

The choice of a holster is very subjective and a personal thing because everyone’s body is built a little differently.

I have three Nate Squared (N82) Tactical Professional IWB tuckable holsters, www.n82tactical.com. Tuckable means your shirt can be tucked in around the outside of the holster. One is for my Glock 17-4, one for my Glock 30-4 and one for my Glock 48. N82 sells several types of holsters but I like their Professional model best. It is a single clip holster with adjustable cant that I wear at 9 o’clock (right behind my 2nd belt loop) as I am left handed. Some people don’t like a single clip because they say the holster moves around. Mine settles into my left hip and doesn’t move around at all. It is all day wearing comfort. Because it is a single clip instead of a double clip it is very quick and easy to put on and take off which I really like.

The Professional has 3 layers of material. A very soft suede backing that sits against your body inside your belt, then a rubber neoprene layer to block moisture from reaching the gun and the soft black leather on the outside of the holster that the gun sits next to. No part of the gun ever touches your body. I always wear a T-shirt under my outer shirt. The gun slides into a poly carbonate shell shell which has retention, trigger guard protection and adjustable cant.

N82 has a lifetime guarantee and a 2 week trial. Their products and customer service is absolutely superior.
