How much does a bulletproof vest weigh? Bulletproof vests are often made of woven Kevlar. It is strong enough to stop the most common ammunition and shrapnel. A bulletproof vest weighs between 3 and 8 pounds, depending on the style of the vest. The most common vests are between 5 and 6 pounds. There are separate hard plates that can be added to some vests that offer more protection, and these plates will increase the weight of the vest significantly.
Many people are confused about the weight of a bulletproof vest. But don't worry I had spent about 4 hours in the research of this and wrote a complete guide here.

IF people get to choose what vests they wear, most will look at the total weight of the vest as a consideration among many. I don't think people are confused at all about the weight of a vest? Why would they be?? Now they can and do get confused about various material, the different levels, which bullets are stopped given each level, etc.

Clickbait post. Notice the misspellings? These jobless morons do this on youtube and now here because it draws attention and clicks to the links they provide.

Fairly certain we all knew it was spam. Just having fun with it.
