I have reached out to Olight directly 3 different ways directly to the online site, direct contact with the Amazon rep and the customer service email ... ,, still no response 4 days later .....
maybe I should have went with a streamlight or other brand

You would have to do the same thing if they were missing parts. I've never had to use Olight's CS but whenever I've need CS I've called directly.
 
I initially missed the rail mount and the socket wrench. I looked in the trash can and found them taped under the blister pack. They are small and easy to misplace. Be patient, Olight will respond and send you the parts. It’s a good WL.

@Road are you needing the 1913 rail mount insert or the Glock rail mount insert?

I have a few of the Glock inserts sitting in my tool box not being used. I don't know what shipping Canada would cost though.
