The Beretta feels a bit lower and just higher quality in general.

Also the PPQ trigger has a lot more take up, a nice break and quick reset. Owning both, I prefer the APX over all.
I am planning a APX vs PPQ vs VP9 vs CZP10c shoot soon. Maybe I will throw in a G19 as a base line.

I agree on the quality statement made by Bac, I would add that while the PPQ trigger is indeed very light, is also somewhat unpredictable and difficult to stage.

The quality of the APX is apparent to me when compared to the Sig 320 as well, not only the Walther. The thing is built like the usual Gardone tank, and for people so inclined better triggers might come up as an aftermarket alternative if the gun doesn't tank ( yes pun intended) on the marketplace.

When Beretta builds them as service pistols they don't go light on the steel and tend to make them a bit beefy ( see the PX4) but boy do they last forever.

That's should be interesting. I did a side by side shoot with the APX and VP9, and I came out liking the APX better, even though I still consider the VP9 a great gun.

In my opinion.
Out of the VP9,PPQ,APX, CZp10.
The APX had the best grip ergo's.
I really believe the APX is the sleeper.
All the hype on the CZP10c, I will eventually report back how it stands up to the others.

I'll also add that I think the Beretta is the most solid and highest quality of those you mentioned.

I'm looking forward to seeing the Stryk B.

What is this "quality" you guys are talking about that makes the Beretta better than the PPQ?
I have handled the APX and I thought it had great ergos and a pretty good trigger, but I didn't see anything that made me think it was any better made than a PPQ.

To each their own, I guess.

To me the polymer feels better, attention to detail seems better, and the whole gun feels more solid.

Unlike many here, I'm not overly impressed with the PPQ. I think it's OK.

Take a pistol apart and look at the internal components and material used.

Better add in the FN 509 while you're at it.

Sure!
Please send donations to purchase a 509!
I am sure it is a good pistol.
I just have no desire to own a FN at this point. Although I have heard many positive comments about them.
I thought you were a recent lottery winner, or independently wealthy...free spending and all. Kidding aside, I'd like to see how all of those stack up.
