Out of the city for a bit, in the country. carrying the 43 again. At least for a short while. The 42 was too small, the 365 too big (heavy). Ahhhh, the 43 is just right.

If you are in a city controlled by Communists or in a Woke office, I get the 442. Otherwise, I might carry the P365 or Glock 43 all the time. If you are in the outdoors in shorts, I get it. We live on a lake surrounded by mountains and a Glock
43-ish sized pistol works well on a lake day or when walking these hills. In any event, I am
glad you are out of the city and breathing clean air. It is good for the soul.

Welcome to the 43 Fan Boy Club. @GlockyQ will be around momentarily to send you congratulations LOL

All kidding aside the 43 really is a great choice. I carry it or a P365 most days. I carried the 43 before I got a 365 and I find now that the 43 is finding its way back to being my EDC. I still have other Glocks for other things. I love a 19 in the fall and winter but the humid spring and summer air works better with my 43. The 365 magazines tend to rust some with the sweat and humidity, that problem has yet to happen with my 43.

Welcome back to the G43!
There is really nothing wrong with the G43. It is the smallest Glock chambered in 9mm that all Glock fans can appreciate for its size and concealability, especially when you do not mind going "light" on your CCW.(y)

I have been carrying a G-43X for several years now. It is just right for me for most times. I do carry a G-45 to Church most of the time. I'm on the Security Team and the extra rounds may not be needed But I've got them if needed.
Sometimes I feel the need to go heavier, and trade out for the G-30s with 13 round mags.

I always considered the G43 to be the ultimate Goldilocks gun when I carried it. But that was before buying my P365.

Technically, the SIG is the lighter pistol, so you could carry the P365, load it to 6+1, and have a lighter carry. Or load it 7 or 8+1, have the same weight and be one or two rounds ahead of the Glock.
