They look cheesy to me and the TiN starts getting scrubbed off on the first shot.
If it floats your boat, go for it.

 

 

I think gold is cool for a P80 type build, but would never do it with one of my OEM Glocks. It’s a love/hate opinion for me too.

Just hoping for some feedback from any users before I spend $180+ on one.

I’m not a fan of gold barrels. But I like making guns fit me and what I want. I don’t go fancy. But I wish I had more upgrades I wanted to do to my guns.

Almost forgot about this thread.

About a month and half ago, I decided to send one of my Storm Lake barrels off to Brazen to get coated. It took about 3 weeks or so but their work is fantastic! I’ve got about 500 rounds through it now and the TiN coating has held up very well. I really like how this thing turned out.

 

 

Bear creek had them for like 80bucks shipped. I picked up a black threaded g19 barrel from them for 42 bucks shipped!
