I recieved two packages yesterday. My new CCW holster and belt. Here are my initial impressions of them.

The holster is made by Garrett Industries Silent Thunder STX 2.0, in coyote brown. It is a leather lined kydex holster. It is very well constructed. I wore it for 3 hours last night ,it was pretty comfortable and concealed my glock 19 pretty good. I also recieved one of there magazine carrier. The nice thing is you can adjust the cant on the holster and magazine carrier. You can also adjust the retension on the holster and magazine carrier.

Shipping: 3 weeks from ordering to my door.

I also got my new belt. It is made by Volund Gearworks. It is the black/black. It is fairly stiff, but not overly stiff. It held a fully loaded Glock 19 and reload on opposite side, it didn't roll over/flex.
It is easy to loosen/ tighten.
Shipping: Ordered it friday arrived on the following monday..

Mind posting a pic wearing the combo? Interesting holster style, I'd love to see how it conceals...

I went to the indoor shooting range last night and did about 40-50 draw and shoot (defensive style shooting, not precision bullseye.), and practiced drawing from the holster with double and triple taps.

Unholstering and reholstering we very easy and effortless. The draw was very smooth and "silient". I did not have to yank, turn, shake or anything else, just grab and go.

With the belt being fairly stiff and where I had my retention set, it would not even move my belt. Yet I am still able to hold the gun in the holster upside down and it will not fall out.

Here are a few wearing the holster. This is fairly form fitting shirt. There is some printing, but with a looser shirt it would print less.

BTW, i am 6'-3",195#
