I have a FM9 BHO 9mm PISTOL with brace based on the AR (Glock Mags) great trigger, going to the MP5 versions is a step back, and I carried a legit MP5 AND MP5/10 for years and am an armorer.
are they cool? ,yes,yes they are , they suffer from poor ergonomics when compared to the other offerings.

Yea. I iust want one because I want one. I have the stribog, extar, and several AR style PCCS as well.

I’m looking forward to seeing the PSA clone come out. My MP5 collection consists of 2 Zenith’s an HK SP5K and a POF 5PK. The best fit/finish in order is HK, Zenith and finally the POF. The POF is a lot cheaper compared to the others and it’s been reliable. Mine currently has 3000+ rounds and would recommend it.

I own several other 9mm PDW’s and love the MP5’s. However, IMO the Sig MPX is superior to the MP5. To me it’s more ergonomic/modern, softer shooting and has LRBHO.

I’m still going to buy an HK SP5 if I find one under $2500. The prices they’re going for now is just insane.

I wouldn't buy the first ones off the line, but after that, no I don't think the HK price jump is warranted.

I was intrigued by the PSA MP-5, but it would just be a toy for me. I have an HK-licensed clone MP5 in .22LR, and I don't think stepping up to 9mm would give me enough added joy to be worth the cost.

I am, however, looking at picking up one of the PSA AKVs. That thing looks cool as hell. Also, it has a 10.5" barrel, which puts more heat on 9mm than the MP5 which is around 8".

It’s a great firearm and mine has been very reliable.

Even though I am an HK purist I applaud other folks making HK 9mms clones. It’s quite interesting that there is still demand for this platform.

I bought some Turkish mags and they work good. Luckily the market is now flooded with HK surplus and new mags at very reasonable prices.

When it comes to MP5 magazines, the only ones I have had nothing but trouble with is, ETS MP5 mags. Pure trash!!!!

All of my Korean Gen 1's, 2's, POF, MKE, & HK mags run perfect.

I also ordered the dead man wolf 9mm silencer and got that process started. Next is a rail and red dot.

I'll probably pick up the PSA one when it releases. We traded in our select-fire MP5s awhile ago and I miss them. I tried to make a case to keep one of them for emergencies. The chief asked what type of emergency and I could only come up with it makes me smile.

That's a very solid price. Certainly a buy it now price if you're looking to get it.

Also, I think you meant Dead Air Wolf. Dead Man Wolf is a great band name though.

I find it strange that no one has mentioned the PTR guns. I have used the hk zenith and PTR guns. The PTR’s are quite nice for the price. Atlantic firearms had a sale a few month back. Suppressed 147’s out of the roller block guns is way cool.
