I've read in a couple of gun-related websites that the Pearce Grip magazine extension PG-39 will add three round of 9mm and two rounds of .40 caliber to an OEM Glock magazine. Really? When I've used them in the past I could only load an additional two rounds of 9mm.

I ordered a new Gen 4 Model 27 using the Salute To Veterans Blue Label pricing and it should be ready to pick up this fall. I've owned these guns (and G26s) before and I know it's always been a challenge to remove the mag base plates, so if the dealer can match another dealer's price for the PG-39s, I might have a couple of them installed at the shop.

Can anyone verify the extra rounds that will fit into a PG-39? I'm OK with +1 for my G27 because I'm mainly looking for an extension what will give a pinkie finger purchase point and adding on round would be nice. I'm not too worried about printing with the extra length. Like I said, I've owned and CC'd several 26s and 27s in the past under a t-shirt with a Galco Ultimate Second Amendment at about 12:30.

Thanks for the input.
