I recommend you check out the Mitch Rosen express line for a leather OWB holster.

 

Someone told me this when I got my 365. It didn't fit in any of my 43 holsters so I'm not sure how it would fit in smaller 42 holsters.

 

I remolded a Vedder Light Tuck G43 holster to fit my Hellcat, which fits my P365 perfectly. Also I use my Winthrop OWB "Pancake" that I bought for my Shield v2.0 with my Hellcat/P365.

Holsters for my Kahr PM9 (I assume PM40 and CM9 &40) fit my P365 -

I like to buy the Don Hume 715 type IWB holster - but ditch the metal clip for a Kydex on I modify.

The picture on eBay is not the correct holster - this one has the body shield.

The Don Hume with the metal clip is worthless - always cut my shirt and was a PITA to install IWB -

Modifying the Kydex clip is easy - I just use a Dremel tool with a cut off wheel and a Chicago screw.

Bluescot Picking a holster is like picking a handgun but harder . NO all kydex junk on my . Hybrid yes , all leather - maybe . No all kydex . Beside the P365 series fit many 1911 holster for an ultra /defender series pistol . My wife has a Stealthgear ventcore aiwb she wears at 3:00 and really likes it but also a fine all leather Wright Leather holster both for her kimber 1911 ultra that fits a p365 fits like it was made for it .

Milt Sparks often has the Summer Special II in stock for the 365. I haven’t tried it yet, but love it for 1911’s.

I have a molded IWB holster for the 365 from We the People Holsters and it’s ok. I have a couple from a local guy for Glocks that I like better; I need to get one from him for the 365.
