Just called acusport and they confirmed they did cerakote this pistol. I wish the selling dealer did not mislead me. Either intentional or unintentional.

And they were specific in their response that it is only the frame that is colored, and that the plastic is molded in those colors, right?

What I posted is the email. Read into it however you want. That was the response.

Yeah, that doesn't seem right either way, I agree.

As I said earlier, it's hard to believe he didn't know but I leave room for any possibility.

I can tell u that the gray and fde frames and od green are not painted. I know this because when doing frame work they are that color all the way through.
