"Glock Shop" has MOS gen3 slide for under $300. No barrel or RSA.
Otherwise, Black Pheonix Customs . Includes barrel and RSA.

There's good ones out there.
People like Zarriri Precision, Norsso (on the higher end).
Grit Grips has gen3 slides with RMR cut.
Palmetto State Armory has their Dagger line slides.
Lots of other third party/aftermarket gen3 slides; just google "Glock 19 gen3 slides".
