friend thought he one saw an 11oz weight that easily bolted on to front area. been away from guns long time, have old injury to hand, my 22oz taurus not working out. If so, I could have 25 plus 11, would make big difference in my hand getting whacked. would be good, as I have exact G17 airsoft replica I shoot in house/garage. this is if I can get a glock17 at all, I hear about all kinds of laws and special regs about owning one?

Is there more to your story? You live somewhere with silly gun laws like California or Canada?
The Glock 17 is not difficult to find and is not surrounded by any special laws or regulations, so what are you trying to say here?

Fill the backstrap area with tungsten, and use a polymer plug to hold it. Get a cheap weaponlight, gut it an fill with lead or tungsten. And, weighted metal magazine bases.
