Wow... I wouldn't do business with these guys at all.

If you do not pay the fees within 30 calendar days of us receiving the firearm, we will not return the firearm to the original sender and will use it in lieu of payment for fees incurred. Any excess value of the firearm will be forfeited. You must contact the seller to discuss their return policy and have them send a return label on behalf of the item in question. They can eat a bag of frosty wangs.

That was a good buy. I said the same this week when KY Gun Co. started selling police trade-in, Gen 4 Glock 21's for $375. It was almost too good to pass up, but I already have one and don't need another.

Also I'll need someone's help understanding the part about transfers of reasonable quality, nothing under 300, not accepting come brands of weapon.

The small LGS near me has a policy of only transferring used online purchases basically meant to convey they mainly want to tie up their time doing it for stuff they sell you. But they manage not to be anywhere near this ridiculous about it, I don't get the logic.

I don't understand the bit about not accepting some brands - they're just doing the transfer. It's not like they're buying it and any warranty claims are between the owner and manufacturer, I would think.

I don't buy new guns that my local transferring dealer has in stock. Used, sure. I'm sure that he understands that if I'm buying a current production gun used that I probably was never in the market for a new example. New guns that he doesn't have in stock, sure. After all, I can't buy a gun from him that he doesn't have. For my part, I try to be respectful that he's running a business and has capital tied up in the guns he has in stock.

As far as to why this shop is so extreme, I guess Delaware must not have many guns shops so they can get away with it.
