The break-in process on a Glock is similar to an old 4 cylinder race motorcycle. Ride the piss out of it until it smokes, then do it again.
Oh yeah.

With both of my Glocks all I did was run the bore brush then a clean dry patch through the barrel to make sure the chamber and barrel were clear of any possible obstructions. Then I put a small drop of Hoppe's gun oil in each area that the Glock instruction manual tells you to. Then I shot 100-150 rounds out of each of them in the first range session. After the first range session, I came home and cleaned and re-lubed them.

At least 2,000 rounds through my two Glocks and I've never experienced a malfunction of any kind, ever.
