I think the "HK branded" quality & performance and it's own modularity will be the main selling points of this particular CCW.

I, for one, am looking forward to it being in the mix.

I'm anxiously waiting for one!

I'm interested, too.

In fact, if it were coming out soon, I wouldn't even be considering the new FN.
I'd be more interested in the new gen Walter PPS over the new FN. I'm just not a fan of FN.

HK should fire whoever came up with the name for this new pistol.
What? You're not a fan of the HKSFP9CCABC123?

The model number can do double duty as a serial number.

Maybe I missed it, but I don't recall seeing an actual micro from them (prototype or otherwise).

We've seen the soon to be available FN and, while availability to the public may be more than a year away, we've also seen the HK micro on display.

The only thing I've seen of the Walther is some imagined artist's rendition of what it might look like.

Are there any details about it yet?

I only know of the artist's rendition.

I think Walther may have been holding off on announcing it until HK's release got closer, but FN literally popped up outta nowhere with theirs. Walther may be forced to reveal their hand sooner than expected to now, however the actual release may be 3rd or 4th qtr this year for end of year sales push. Or, I could be totally wrong and off the mark. Either way, more ("good") micro 9mm CCW's from the big name mfg's is a good thing for us all.

It's going to have to feel better than my Hellcat Pro to buy one, most likely, and I would only want button mag release variety
I believe HK mentioned there will be a button model available for those uncouth types that want the button.

It'll have both button and paddle models available.

Apparently, there'll be three (3) options for mag release on this CCW from HK: traditional button, ambi-paddle, and "heel" magazine releases. Not bad...
