just bought glock 26 gen 4, first glock, can't seem to get the slide back on... it goes almost all the way but won't lock in all the way back, trying to leave to go to the range, plz help! lol

Not your fault because the instructions don't tell you to reset the trigger prior to assembly. On the Gen3s you don't need to, however I was watching a SHOT show video where a Glock rep said that you should reset the trigger with the Gen4s.o man, all i had to do was reset the trigger, got it, thanks for the replies
on the right side of the frame, just push the trigger mechanism down until it resets, then the you can slide the slide all the way & it will lock it, geez i'm still half asleep hahaha

You can also reset it by simply pushing the tab on the trigger bar forward.
