Anyone shoot stock or basically stock Glocks in USPSA? Production, CO, Limited, etc.... How competitive are you with a Glock pistol?

What was the main difference? The additional weight of the CZ? It would make sense. And then you have Bob Vogel who went from a 2011 to a Glock 34/35 platform and kept winning.Shot G34s and G35s (minor .40) in Production for about 5 years. Then I tried a Shadow 2 in competition, with no prior experience on it, and that was end of Glocks as a primary USPSA gun for me.
Early on I tried the G35 in Limited shooting major. Yuck! Granted, I had a pair of STIs at the time, so I was kind of spoiled.
I handled a Shadow 2 in a LGS and hated the way it felt in my hand.Bob Vogel is an anomaly. Most people will shoot the STI better in Limited, including Dave Sevigny.
Re: Shadow 2 - You’d have to try one to understand. I bought one on a whim and actually didn’t like it at first. Shooting a match changed my mind. The weight is a big factor. The trigger is really good stock, and amazing with very little work. The accuracy is incredible, shooting better groups than my Les Baer. The gun tracks under recoil great. I’m not sure it’s the weight, or the right internal slide rail setup. Oh, in my hand they point very well, even though not the most comfortable grip, which is why I didn’t like it at first.
