That be the list. Here's a non mobile/image text list to make it easier -
Yep, glad I got the one I wantedSome good pistols on that list. Glad I have the ones I want already.
This fuels the "one 9mm Modular Model" Gen 6 rumorOn the bright side, this corporate decision will probably cede that small market segment of .40 & .45 shooters over to other makers. Granted, they're still a dwindling number of current production .40's & .45's.
Metal frames (M&P 2.0 .40), budget plastic (SD 2.0), a scant number of major American maker plastic .45's, M&P .20 .45, and the venerable P220 ... but literally tons of 1911's to be found.
The market is reflecting the major caliber shift from both LE/Gov (continuing Mil) and Private shooting enthusiasts to 9mm. Money talks, and it's been talking 9mm, with a helping of .380ACP.
The 1911 shooters can still scratch their itch.
Me? I've got my 9's, .40's and .45's ... and I've increasingly returned to my revolvers. Not so much .44MAG or .45Colt anymore, but .38SPL & .357MAG are still my go-to choices for working self defense wheelies. Good time for those calibers nowadays, too.
No, they are selling more Gen 5 26/19/45/47 pistols than ever before, and about to release Gen 6. This is a healthy sign, not a bad one.damn after looking at that list... not to many models left, is glock going to dry up and close doors all together ?
what models are actually gonna be left alive ?
im damn well invested in glock, should i jump whip ?
