Someone wants to sell me a glock 43 talo edition new in a box with 2 mags...

Comes with orange ring ameriglo night sights ...
Also throwing in a ghost pro connector (not the ghost edge) that was grinded down fitted to give a light trigger pull and short reset... Also reduced safety spring... Trigger pull weighing around 4lbs...Much better than the horrendous trigger glock comes with..

Usa Glock on slide... $475 out the door cash...

Worth buying?

If you really like those sights it doesn't sound too bad deal. I paid 450.00 out of the door, and the ghost edge cost me less than $20.00 it is not the pro but it is a direct drop in, works good for me it dropped trigger pull by 2lb. IMO the trigger needs to broken in to loosen up, I shot a rental and it was smooth as butter I asked and they told me it was all stock.

The first question...,does the 43 meet my needs or desires? If you have investigated and it does then the realization of the extras can be evaluated.

I no longer look at value for potential profit, my money is best left for investment as has been predetermined. Make sure the desire fits you and realize the pluses and minuses of the purchase. Good Luck.

I would do substantial testing before trusting someone else's work on that ghost pro connector but since you have the stock connector too there's no reason it should be a deal breaker. I might just order the edge drop in and get the same benefit without having to worry about it. They're only like $25. I would also think about whether you actually like the sight picture on the night sights. If you end up just changing them out later then they're not an added value just because they glow in the dark. I really enjoy my G43 though and it's great for concealed carry. Mine has been 100% reliable even after my own trigger mods. If you want it you should buy it.

I just held a Talo Edition G43 at my LGS the other day. I REALLY love the Ameriglo Pro Glo sights on that pistol. A nice, bright orange/red painted dot with tritium insert and a serrated black "U" notch rear. Both low profile. Sight picture is pretty much exactly what I'd be looking for in a carry and range pistol. The price was $529 which was exactly $50 more than a regular G43. I thought the sights alone were worth the extra 50 bucks. I think I may pick one up soon just because. So yeah $475 seems like a decent deal if it's in excellent condition.

Yea

Yea the sights are awesome on the talo edition... The bright orange is badass during daylight and easy to stay on target... And the tritiums at night is nice and bright also..plus my Trigger it's a hair under 4 pounds and a really short reset... Awesome ghost pro... Better than the ghost edge..

I decided to buy it... It was unfired and i couldn't say no to 475 total... Plus i always owned austrian glocks and the usa felt cool to have...

I have Ameriglo Hackathorn sights on my G39, and think they would be great on any defensive Glock. I like the TALO G43 for the similar sight configuration. I'm going to get one myself.

I just joined the forum. I ordered my first glock; a G43 with the Talo sights as well. It sounds like they work well. I have shot a .40 cal glock at the range and thought it was a great shooting pistol. But I was not a fan of the box rear sight. I carry a S&W J frame snubbie. It is just not the most fun Gun to shoot. Hopefully the G43 with the GloPro sights will be a better fit. I generally only shoot the one I regularly carry.

I think you got a great deal. I have the exact same set up except I put the ghost edge connector in mine. I got mine at a gun show for 530.00 after taxes and 5.00 background check. Ghost connector was about 20.00 spring was 6.00 so I have 561.00 in mine total. I love mine. I am lucky enough to carry anything I want and this is the gun I carry now. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I like mine. Well done, you got a great deal!
