Hey guys, I’m wondering what everyone’s thoughts are on the .22 conversion for the Glock 19? I was thinking about picking one up to save some money on ammo and allow myself to train more without breaking the bank. My thought is that dry fire drills are good to help train muscle memory and to reduce the recoil anticipation so doing the same thing with a .22 would be even better. Outside in a safe location of course. I know training with what you’d normally shoot is still the best but im curious as to people’s thoughts on training with the .22. I carry a 19 so the gun would be the same, just cheaper to shoot and less recoil which may train me to not anticipate the shot as much? Whats your thoughts? Is the conversion kit a good idea? Reliable? Waste of time?
