Check Palmetto State Armory. They have a variety of magazines so I’m sure they would have some ten round magazines.

For reliability with both ball and hollow point cartridges, just go with Gen5 10 round magazines. They're easily available. Best, Jon

^ My experience was that they are absolutely not reliable without retrofit and tuning.

They have Glk gen4 and gen5 10rd mags for the 17.

Any gen mag will work as long as you dont need ambi release. I have a g17-1, runs any mag I put in it. Just about everyone carries gen3 & up mags.

Yes. Gen4 and gen5 mag have the mag catch notch on both sides for the ambi mag release gen4/5.
But on a gen2 17, any generation mag will work.

Pretty sure those are the same as the Gen4 just with orange crappy 2183 followers. Those should be swapped for 9mm3 followers.

My experiences and testing dictates otherwise. For hollowpoints, I tested extensively with HST 147 gr cartridges. Go with the Gen5/orange followered magazines.

I formerly lived in a ban state and have a ton of 10 round glock 19 mags ( and used to have a bunch of 17 mags also ) and they worked fine with all kinds of ammo - when I moved to an unrestricted state, I thought about replacing them with full capacity, but they’ve always worked, and a significant number of activities ( uspsa production, steel challenge gssf) I participate in mandate 10 round cap anyway, so keep running them. I have a mix of follower types and again, they all work fine. Here in AZ ( probably due to our proximity to California) I see tons of 10 rounders for sale cheap in gun shop and show “junk bins” - usually 5-10 bucks each
