With all that extra length, it's definitely built for one thing and one thing only: hunting. Of course, if that's what you want it for, that's not a problem at all.

When I was looking into acquiring a G20, that was the only thing I could tell.
The good news is that there are a lot more holsters available now than there were when it first came out, albeit most of them are custom built.
I'd say it's no different than wanting a larger calibre revolver with a longer barrel for the same hunting reason. If that's what you're looking for, she's ideal.
I used to own a G40 that I bought for deer hunting and then sold. For some reason, I like shooting with my G20 gen 3 camera. For my G20, I purchased a 6 inch Hunter barrel as well as some Trijicon HD XR sights. Without a question, the G40 is a cool gun, but I like the G20's handling.
