Considering picking up one of these two pistols. What are the pros and cons of each? What's your pick between the two?

For me? Glock, especially the 19.5. Just fits me.

I was super excited for the CZ when it came out and was very underwhelmed by it, probably because I had built it up in my head. Didn’t shoot it any better than my Glocks and mags were pricey at the time.

I would go P10C, because I find it's trigger better, and the grip infinitely more comfortable than a G19.

Grip of the CZ is a bit longer, but it has very aggressive texturing on the grips. I put a Talon grip on it and that solved the issue. As far as how it shoots? It's a tack driver right out of the box, very reliable and hella-accurate. Not as many accessories as the G19, but imho it definitely is on par with the G19 in just about every category.

Conz of the CZ:

Not a Glock, more niche
Thin area to grab the slide,
relatively thinner grip, even with the largest grip
less things to buy to accessorize, or replacement parts - more expensive, too
not so easy to diy gunsmith
in-accessible, and less responsive customer service and universal knowledge
fewer, lesser, red dot mounting resources
Tiny chat forum participation
Not a Glock

I like both and have both.

I feel that the CZ is the better pistol BUT... I sold all but one P-10C (Optics Ready and have a 1MOA RMR on it) and I still have the G45s because of the plethora of support that platform brings to the table.

There’s no doubt t he P-10 is more ergonomic, flatter shooting, nicer trigger, more accurate. It’s also more more robust.

If the two pistols had equal market share, parts availability, etc., I’d choose the CZ but it’s not even close.

In my strange mind, if I had to pick up and move NOW I’d likely never see another P-10 on my nightmarish (and fantasy) scenario of me walking from Louisiana to, say, Washington State so I will say to you that I find the Glock ergonomic enough, the trigger good enough, accurate enough and has the greatest DEMONSTRATED reliability & durability plus the lowest cost of long-term ownership (OEM parts, Ease of Maintenence, etc)

I have both a G19 (gen4) and P-10C. From this shooters perspective, the P-10C is easier to shoot well (ergos, trigger, low bore axis = flatter shooting) - and silly accurate. I can, and do , shoot the G19 well, but it is not as enjoyable and "easy" to shoot. If you are looking to highly "accessorize" your pistol, as others noted, glock aftermarket support is enormous, far surpassing CZ. So, it depends on what you are looking to do with your pistol, and what you like. For pure "shootability", for me it's the CZ (and I have repair parts for it and you can find good holsters for it as well). I have both, and am confident in my abilities with both, but in most situations I'd grab the CZ first. I know this is GT, but buy what you want.

i also have both. 19 gen 5 & CZ 10c. have only had the CZ a short time. it has been totally reliable. CZ has a better trigger & i like the grip better. not ready for it to replace the 19 yet. 19 is my main gun i have in my car when i go out. 43x is my main carry gun. heres something. anymore, a lot of guns in the 19 size, cost less than the 19. i paid 450 for the CZ, 19 was 550. glocks do not go on sale.

My CZ P-10C (and P-10S) have been rock solid reliability wise - as has my G19 G4. As others have said, if you are looking to do a lot of DIY gunsmithing, then the glock is a bit easier to work on and parts more plentiful etc as are holster options. But there are sufficient CZ holsters out there as well as parts and accessories too - for what I need.
