G.F.L headstamp .223 Brass

About a year ago, I bought about 500 rounds of Fiocchi (G.F.L. headstamped) .223 ammo and I finally got around to shooting it about a month ago. So, yesterday I tumbled, deprimed and resized some of it. When I went to reprime it, the primers would not seat. So I think that the primer pockets are crimped and I get out the primer pocket tools. The primers still won't seat. I check some other fired brass (Federal, LC, Remington, Win) and they all seat just fine. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what was the solution? I was thinking of just throwing it out since I have plenty of other, but its 500 pieces of brass. Thanks for any input.

toss it south; to the gulf coast.

sorry. i guess i'm not helping.

i used to shoot the hell out of their 45 ammo; felt like +p.

can you post a pic? there's crimped and then there's CRIMPED!
i use the funny shaped thing from lee. it's slow but won't take off too much brass.

good luck.
someone w/more experience will be along soon.
