This is my first try . I think I need a bit more practice , but I do like the aggressive texture , and feel .

Thank you for the kind words . You should give it a try , on a piece of plastic , like the free Glock speed loader .Looks pretty good to me for a first try.I have never tried stippling but don't think I have the patience for it. I'd get half way through the process and put the petal to the metal and butcher it.
Thank you very much for your suggestion . If I have a problem I'll give that a shot .I use diamond files to knock down any clothing and skin damaging areas.
It does , but I may need to tone it down a bit to keep from snagging on clothing , like AngelDeville suggested .Looks like it offers a very secure grip.
Thank you , it was kinda fun, like doing a puzzle . I'm going to practice some more before I try doing my G 23 .I'm not a big stippling fan but that looks good. Great job, especially for your first try.
Thank you very much for your kind words Sir .I hate stippling. But you really did an outstanding job of precisely executing a random pattern!
Hat's off to you sir for a job well done![]()
Thank you , you all are very kind .Very nice!
I wouldn't have thought, it was your first attempt!![]()
Thank you for being so kind . I did a little grinding on a wood burning iron tip with a Dremel . I started on one edge , and rotated the iron , and the grip , as I worked my way down the grip .That looks like a pro job to me. How did you do it?
Thank you very much .Good first time job.
Thanks for the compliment .Tomcat, that's probably better than I can do.
Thank you very much . Just give it a try on something like the glock free speed loader . I had a P 320 grip I wasn't going to use , so I gave it a shot .Pictures of stipple looks good to me. Never had courage to try yet.
Thank you , I only did the one side , so I'm going to try and do better on the other side . I'll see how it goes .Not a fan of 99% DIY but that looks like actual factory molding (maybe clean up the top edge).
Great job!
Thank you for the kind words . Do you do any stippling ?Thats a pretty good job especially for a first time imo
Thank you very much .Looks great!!
Thank you .not bad it should work
You got it , plus trying to save a buck . Just the shipping on a glock frame is crazy .Sweaty South Florida hands, eh?![]()
Thank you for your input .Stippling, professional or DIY, creates an almost mystical and unbreakable bond between the pistol and the owner... especially when the owner tries to sell the pistol.![]()
Thank you , I hope I can make the other side turn out better .Like some others here, I'm not necessarily a fan of stippling, but what you've done so far looks really good! Especially for your first attempt. I hope the other side turns out the same way.
