The maximum length of 9x21 is barely longer than the maximum length of 9x19. (and I doubt factory ammo is that long) The frames and slides are the same as the 9x19 models.

Yes that picture is a 9x19 cartridge below a Russian armor piercing 9x21 cartridge. The 9x21 Glocks are chambered in 9x21 IMI and not 9x21 Russian AP.
