I see a lot of post that refer to switching between the switch from the 27 to the 26, but not the other way around. I have a Glock 26 3rd Gen complete slide (well its actually an Alpha EDC v1 slide but it should be the same). I'm planning to pair it with a Glock 27 3rd Gen complete lower.
Will this be OK,? Will I run into problems? Do I need to change anything else to shoot 9mm?

Thank you all for the replies!. I will post the updates as soon as I get the pieces. I own already a Glock 26 4th Gen, but I wanted to upgrade to a nicer color (plus RMR)
Being colorblind has its disadvantages. Bought a g26 what I was thinking was a white Glock (thinking of a stormtrooper white). But when I received it it was more like a light blue!...lol So now I'm getting a proper FDE lower/ Black upper that should look nice.
