Good choice. You can also get a tritium front only and reverse the stock rear. I prefer the Heinie SlantPro rear.

 

I've enjoyed both the Trijicon HD nights and the i-Dot night sights.

I'm looking at night sites for my Glock 19. Are Trijicon the way to go compared to Ameriglo and so on?

 

they make target acquisition pretty quick

 

I started with the Hackathorns on my 43X. Once my sights on other guns start to go, I will be standardizing on the Hackathorns for all my Glocks. Even my duty weapon. Works well with my RMR as well.

 

Do not skimp on sights! I have TruGlo TFO's on all of my EDC, HD and Competition Glocks. Very visible in no light, low light and daylight conditions.

 

Glock night sights work for me.

 

My police surplus G22 came with Glock night sights, and I quite like them...considering getting them put on my G26.

 

I have Truglos. They're good steel budget night sights, and I like 3 dot. Good glow to them all. On all my Glocks.

 

Trijicon HDs on my 26. Back edge is sharp but besides that no complaints. A few years old and still bright. Love the front orange sight

 

I like the Glock night sights. I also have 2 Glock with Ameriglo night sights on them. I like the ones with the white rings. I like Hackathornes too, but I find as my eyes age the white rings are better than the orange.

 

My wife's two Glock 26s and my Glock 26 are now "sporting" Trijicon HD night sights - yellow front. We had the Warren Tacticals on them and before that regular Mepro 3 dots.

Over the years, as our eyes have changed - so have the sights. Both of us like the Trijicon HDs at this time.
I just ordered a pair for her spare 26 through Amazon a couple of weeks ago.

My 26 (and all of my other Glocks) have Truglo TFX Pro sights. Great in all conditions. Really rapid sight acquisition in daylight for me.

 

I have Trijicon HD XR’s on all of mine. Love the thinner front post.

 

I installed Ameriglo Troopers on both my 19 and 26.

As a side note, though both of these Glocks are gen5, I had to order and install sights meant for gen4 to get POA/POI where I wanted.

I prefer the single dot on the rear sight. That way I know I’m not crossed up. But then again, shooting blindly into the dark could land someone in handcuffs.

 

Any night sight set from Ameriglo. Trijicon HDs are good but I don't like the u notch rear.

 

I got the Glock / Ameriglo night sights and I like them.

 

After shooting foe many years I came back to standard big dot sights. Excellent for quick acquisition and with their new improvements excellent for all lighting conditions. These are so good that I gave up my red dots. There is no need these sights present a clean uncluttered sight picture.

Meprolight or Glock brand Night Sight if you want standard 3 dot night sights.

 

Meprolite makes a G26 night site I use them on all my G's.

 

Same here. I have a set on my g26 that are still bright after 11 years

 

They are available from Glock Inc, I just sent my slide to them, took about two weeks to get there and back, they will also check the slide parts and install new ones if any are worn.
I cannot remember the price, sent it UPS and they returned my slide with the new sights FED EX, return shipping is included in your price, around $65 and tax I think.

 

There are abundant opinions on this topic. It comes down to personal preference. I recommend either Trijicon HDs or the Ameriglo Agent sight. I have these on my duty weapon and off-duty pistols. The orange front sight is quick to acquire.
