looking at fenix lights, they seem to be reasonably priced, looking for a high lumen output

I have the Fenix E01 on my key ring that takes a beating. It does 10 lumens for 8 hours and only costs $15. Single AAA. There are better options out there but I don't want anything bigger than a single AAA. Besides, when it's dark I pack a real light.
Check out the Quark minis and the new Fenix LD15.
I agree. 117 lumens is down right ridiculous for a key chain light. I just wish it had a medium mode. It goes from 10 to 117? :dunno: A 40 lumen option would be sweet. The Quark mini has 3 modes.Holy clap -- that LD15 is pretty darned awesome... :wow:

Another Fenix EO1 fan here. I used to carry the Freedom Photons, but they were always coming on in my pocket and running down the batteries. The Fenix doesn't do that. Also, the Fenix P1D pictured above is another very small (and very bright) light. I wouldn't carry it on my keys, but I do carry it in my pocket without noticing it.
I got the streamlight while on vacation in FLA..and it paid for itself by helping me find money in crevices at disneyland.
