I bought a Used G22 with Talon Grips on it. The previous owner did a bad job of installing them, so they need to come off. How's the easiest way to get these things off?

Just start peeling. When finished, clean off any adhesive residue with rubbing alcohol.

Warm it up with a heat gun / hair dryer and peel it off?

They are super easy to just peel off and I rarely ever have any adhesive left on the grip

I got them off w/o too much trouble. Needed a razor knife to start the edge, then went slow. No heat used and no residue left on grip. Much better now. Thanks!

If using heat gun set it on a low setting so as
not to melt it.

Ive used a heat gun to start to get them off. But as hot as it is outside here today. You could just set the frame on your deck in the sun. The talon grips would peel right off.

Peel off and any remaining adhesive use WD-40. Works like a charm on the adhesive.

I've taken off many Talon grips and they peel right off, if you have any glue left behind use a patch with some alcohol and rub the handle with it.
