Looks like mixed reviews...

 

I really like the Grip Force Adapter. I have them on all my gen 3's except my 36. I would put one on it if they made it. I have no experience with the the other brands.

 

Yeah, i have them on my G17 and 23.....the fit is less than custom. I probably don't need it on my 17, but do on my 23.

I haven't seen any reports of malfunctions because of them...but guys here would know.

and i haven't seen any clever blending jobs with those..but sure would like to....

 

Put a grip force on my G17 Gen 3, had to file it down to fit correctly. Some edges probably need to be smoothed as well. It's not magic but does feel like an improvement. I'll test it out at range next time and see if it helps or just tears up my hands.

 

I get the cheaper version from ebay and use a grip sleeve made form a bicycle inner tube, not permanently mounted or blended but the grip sleeve causes the transition line between adapter and frame to be a lot less noticeable.
