I haven’t the need to purchase any due time pandemic, but over the years learned to buy it cheap and stack it deep, all primary calibers covered. 7.62x39, 5.56x45, 5.56.39, .22, 9, etc etc. I load 9 and .40 and have so much 9 I have set up the press in years, but I did run 1500 .40’s out of boredom more than anything lol. Progressive presses will ruin you to ammo making, just to easy to stock up finished ammo. Buy components when they are on sale and you have them when they are not.

For SD and hunting with both rifle and handgun I go heavy on HP and SP ammo for optimum performance. The 357 Sig, .40 and 7.62X39 are my primary calibers. Also "now" have a lifetime supply of .22LR ammo.

308 and 5.56 and 9mm to toss guns and 500 rounds to every neighbor that is not an idiot.. I reload.. and have brass and components for enough to see thru whatever I could imagine.

Haha. No 50 BMG here but maybe one day. I’ve still never shot one. I have some big bore rounds though 60 rounds for my .470 NE. 80-100 rounds for my .338s and .375 H&H only 1 box of .416. 120 for my .300 Jarrett. 1.5 cans of 5.56 for the AR and then just box of this and that for some of my other rifles but not sure what’s in the safe lol. I know I have several rifles I don’t have any ammo for so please don’t kill me for that lol.
Picking up 2 1k 9mm buckets Friday or Saturday. As the bucket I bought in April is about gone.

7.62x39 is my most deeply stacked at the moment. Lots of it is being "stored" neatly in these little spring loaded boxes that fit nicely into the mag wells of my AK's

followed by many rounds of 9mm, 40, 45, 22lr, 5.7×28, and 7.62×38mmR. Also stocking in limited quantities 8mm and 7.62×54mmR.
