Just bought 2 17L for grandson's Tarheel 3 gun adventures next week in SC. He has been using G35. Hoping 9mm gives tighter grouping. The guns are seq. serial numbers. I know, that data and a dollar will buy a cup of coffee, but I thought it was kinda cool. They are box stock at present, will learn how to shoot pics later and will show upgrades.

Awesome i just picked up my new one tuesday. This is my 2nd one, i regretted selling the last one. Mine are used for range, HD, and for hunting deer and coyotes and pigs. I pull the firing pin safety plunger and add a comp spring kit and it makes for a good grouping trigger (to me anyways). I can add the fps plunger back at any time.

My last one wasn't picky on loads and all grouped reasonably well. Ill see if this one is as nice shortly. The 17l is in my opinion the best glock made. I can load 115s under blue dot to 1600fps (coyote hunting load) all the way to 180 grain cast bullets at 800fps (not recommending it but it worked nicely) for target plinking.

Nuke 1, I'll call ya Poppa and you can adopt me, and I would love for you to give me a G-17L. Lol
