My son just recently turned 18. I have been looking for about six months and it seems the Spyderco website is always out of stock on nearly everything. Anybody know when or if they will update and or resupply? I could buy him another brand but I have been using my manix 2 for on about a long time and I think it's one of the best knives I have ever owned.

Manix 2s are one of their best. I carry mine every day. You’ll love it. Resist the urge to pimp it out too much!😵💫. Mine‘s a M390 variant as it came from the factory:
It’s always nice to see someone take good advice on these forums and act on it. Drives me crazy when knuckleheads ask for advice and then spend their time arguing with people trying to give solid advice. OP made a good call, just ordered something from DLT Trading myself.
Btw, have ordered many Spyderco knives from both Ebay and Amazon and have always received excellent specimens. Just make sure to check the vendor rating and reviews.

I buy a lot from DLT trading and have no complaints.I have found some ACE hardware stores in Texas that are benchmade dealers and are 25 - 30% less than the benchmade dealers i am use to dealing with.Gibsons ACE hardware in Weatherford,Texas had the mini adamas for $159.99 and that is with no tax.My dealers wanted 190 -210 plus tax.

SMKW is GTG too. I bought this exclusive Para 2 from them on National Knife Day, it sold out in seconds. Then two months later they had the satin blade available which also immediately sold out. I have both still new in the boxes and am considering putting one or both up for sale. I hate to sell, they are gorgeous, but had some unexpected expenses.

Ok so I just ordered that knife from dlt trading on the 12. This morning my debit card was charged over 800 dollars in fraudulent charges. My bank called with an alert and have put a stop on them. It was a bunch of charges some very small amounts up to 150 dollars. I have not used my card since I ordered that knife. I have also not received any tracking info on a shipment.
Seems like a POS company to me. Figured I'd save any of you this hassle.

DLT is 100% legit. You are simply assuming one thing had to do with another with zero evidence. You didn't even give them one whole business day to process and ship your order?

I ordered from DLT Trading a couple of days ago (order placed Sat, received tracking information this morning) and my item shipped out today, no drama. Sounds like your card got hacked which is unconnected to DLT. I’ve had this happen to me before, right after I used my card at a gas station. Apparently, there are punks waiting in gas stations with card readers. Go back and see if you used that debit card at a gas station recently. I learned my lesson and now only use a dedicated credit card at gas stations. Much easier to deal with fraudulent charges than money coming out of my checking account

Be careful on Amazon and ebay. Don't buy direct from spyderco. Go to a reputable knife vendor like bhq, dlt, gp knives, st. Nicks, smkw, cutlery shoppe, knives ship free, USA made blades, knife works, rec, knifecenter, knifejoker, ....I know Im forgetting some. Good luck!
