Today was a fun day at the range. I decided to pit my P10C OR against my new Walther PDP F 4-inch. Both guns are very similar:
1. Striker-fired
2. Ergonomically pleasing
3. Decent triggers
4. Reliable
5. Accurate (if I did my part)
6. Equipped with Holosun SCS green dot sights
7. 15-round magazines
8. 200 rounds each of Herter's 115-grain 9mm

Trigger pull quality: Walther for the win. It is very different from my DA / SA CZs and different enough from the P10C — light, crisp, decent reset.

Hand fit: CZ for the win. Maybe it's because I'm so used to CZs, but the P10C grip feels as if it's sculpted to fit me.

Accuracy from 8 to 20 yards: Dead heat tie. Neither gun had the edge over the other.

Rapid-fire recoil control: Dead heat tie. Neither gun had the edge over the other, although the Walther was slightly flippy, with the CZ pushing straight back in the hand.

Controls: Walther for the win by a mile. The slide release and magazine release are on-point perfection. Reloads were lightning-fast.

One-hand shooting: CZ for the win due to its grip fitment. Walther wasn't far behind, though.

Anyway, I'll probably run the Walther PDP F against the CZ P07 in the future, turning off the Holosun SCS to make it fair since the P07 just has irons.

Sounds like a great day at the range. Fun and informative!
As a CZ lover, you’ve piqued my interest in the PDP.
Thanks for posting, looking forward to the P-07/PDP comparison.

All the best, cheers! 🍻

Definitely try out a PDP. The F series will fit your hands better, most likely.

I'll keep you posted on the next shootout...

Nice report. I love steel CZ’s that use the CZ75 design, but I’ve never warmed up to the polymer models and especially the strikers.

I will say, I prefer the lower bore axis of the P10 over the Walther, but that’s about it

Nice review.

You must have purchased the SCS as part of a bundle with the P10. I wish that Holosun would release the CZ P10 model as a stand alone. I have the P10 OR waiting for it.
I did buy them as an already-set-up package for $570. Unbelievable deal. It also came with three magazines.

I honestly feel the steel PDP is where it’s at. The polymer models are too flippy
No doubt, that’s the reason I sold my PDPs. They just had too much rise. Great triggers and accurate as well. I just felt as ugly as the p10s are, they just perform better for me.
