Yeah but for the most part aside from 2-3 models you still have to ask.. worth the risk or not?Huh. Never had a Taurus, or even looked into them much. I guess they've been improving the last few years?
I like my XDME 4.5 10mm... but I like DA-SA too...
In 6 months they will be $375Why would you not join GSSF and get a Blue Label G20 Gen5 MOS for roughly the same money...
Buckey,In 6 months they will be $375
And most of use are not privy to blue label pricing ..
Im glad that they offer the program though
My summer primary carry is a GX4 …my home owner chore pistol is a G3X
Absolutely great running pistols
No not a Glock .. but for my use .. a pistol that stays out of a safe .. so far 100% reliable
I don’t own itBuckey,
Congratulations on your new gun.
I hope it gives you many years of trouble free service.
There are literally countless and continuous threads / posts/ reports anout folks having had problems with their Taurus and this runs over a span of many years. Many of these include a bonus of poor customer service to add insult to injury. Hopefully yours will be problem free. ( But to me it’s a roll of the dice).
I own a Taurus owner as well. I smartly bought a “Judge” in the early 2000’s. It has never given me any issues. That said it has a round count of less than 50.
I get a double “word score ” for that decision.
I guess I need to improve my reading skills.I don’t own it

I'd much rather see them make a single action double stack polymer gun that could be carried cocked and locked. And offer a 5 1/2 inch version as well, a size that would be in between a Glock 20 and a Glock 40 that's faster out of the holster and on target for bear defense and still has an extra inch an d half of barrel for more velocity.View attachment 1206789
