Yeah I’m trying to figure out why you’re stuck on those choices. If you want heavy, the CZ is a great option. If you want light, there are plenty of options in that direction too.

Choosing between these two seems odd. You have an all steel hammer fired gun and a polymer striker. Completely different

I’m assuming they’re the two that just happen to be in front of you at your LGS.

If Glock is in, a Walther Q5 should be in. Or a VP9L.

It's not bad, but of the above and the Shadow and G34, the Glock has the oddest grip of all. No comment on accuracy.

No doubt the CZ is better.

I don't think you have to go metal frame. My Q5 polymer shoots about as well as my Steel Frame Q5. They are functionally apples to apples.

BUT the CZ is going to be more special feeling than the others for sure.

Don't assume you know anything about me.
I have always been a Glock shooter.
I don't think a Glock can compete against a good hammer fired gun like the Shadow.
Yes, I can shoot very good.

I don’t assume to know anything about you. That’s why I’m wondering why there’s just two choices that are so completely diverse.

Glad you can shoot well, but that doesn’t make the Glock any more inherently accurate.

You gotta give use more information for "various competitions."

A single action and a Glock won't be meeting each other in many competitions.
Right now I'm just shooting a league, steel plates, and Glock matches. All indoor.
I don't know what else I might do.
Even if its just target shooting I enjoy a tack driver gun.
When I had a 6" S&W 686 it was fun to shoot 2" groups at 50 yards.

I have a bunch of “accurate” handguns.
In my humble opinion the Shadow2 is an extremely good value considering the accuracy it provides.
I can pick up my Shadow2 and be highly confident I am not giving up any reasonable competitive difference.
