I am going to guess the answer is yes but I want to ask. To run reliably, do any internal parts need swapped out?

Same locking block:I am going to guess the answer is yes but I want to ask. To run reliably, do any internal parts need swapped out?
Now that's an interesting question.O.K., I'm finding this interesting because I've always wanted a single stack 10 mm.
if you can run a 36 slide on a 29 frame, can you run a 29 slide on a 36 frame?
I’m thinking you’d be able to physically put the 29 slide on the 36 frame and it will probably lock on, but there are no single stack 10mm Glock mags. The G36 mags are specific to the G36 model only in .45.O.K., I'm finding this interesting because I've always wanted a single stack 10 mm.

What would you use for the 10mm ammo? The G36 mag? Wouldn't the feed lips be too wide?
Just brainstorming here.
ya, the mag seems to be the snag point, never had a 10 mm, I've ran 9mm in 40 mags so after I posted I got out a round of 40 S&W and tried in a 45 Gap mag....its a no go, so you'd have to mod a 36 mag to feed 10 mm.I’m thinking you’d be able to physically put the 29 slide on the 36 frame and it will probably lock on, but there are no single stack 10mm Glock mags. But more importantly, even if mags were compatible, I’m guessing it would not be recommended to fire 10mm on a such a small frame as the G36.
