I have an Overwatch Precision Combat Trigger (TAC) shoe on my Glock 45. I only replaced the trigger shoe and have been firing it for about 300 rounds, now I have a dead trigger.

The trigger will not reset. Opened up the pistol, all springs are good.

Thoughts on the issue?

Every Overwatch trigger I have seen comes with an OEM trigger bar pre-installed.
Nevertheless, in a Glock the striker spring doubles as the reset spring.

1) Make sure that the striker spring has not been changed out to a reduced power spring.
The OEM 5.5lb spring will usually have a "tinned" or silver-ish color while an aftermarket spring will be dark like a bronzed fish hook.

2) Make sure that the striker channel is clean and dry.

Put your OEM trigger back in and it will probably reset fine. That will tell you that the problem is the rear sear edge of the trigger bar Overwatch Precision sold you is not catching the striker lug and pulling it back forward. They made your trigger pull feel better by making it less reliable.

If you really mean that you only replaced the trigger shoe without an attached bar, then something you did to your trigger bar is causing it not to catch the striker lug.

Yeah, I only replaced the trigger shoe and everything else is stock.

But I figure out what I did. On Gen 5s there is a "lip" that comes up and over the "crucifix", I did not put it back over the top of the "crucifix" and that caused the dead trigger/no trigger rest. But it is back in place and now operates perfectly.

Below is the pic, if you look right of the 0 it will make more sense.
