I have seen this type of behavior repeated over and over in other work environments. the restaurant industry is one of the worst offenders. This is sexual harassment and Jade should sue. Taran should fall on his sword.

It seemed to me that they already had a relationship going. No one is going to “just” Flash their junk on camera.
What surprises me is how some on here, who rarely have much to say, and have come out of the woodwork, are all over this; with great glee.
My read FWIW is they had an adult consensual relationship going. This video was stolen and released as revenge and has / will embarrass the two of them.

Is it I’ll advised to have a relationship with a subordinate? Yes.
Were they having a consensual relationship? Looks like it?

Anybody that's watched any of his videos should not be surprised by this. He constantly has scantily clad women shooting on his range and Jade Struck is usually acting overtly sexual in a lot of those videos as well.
Whatever floats their boats, not my business, and I don't care what they do.

I thought, ‘What the hell is that?!’ Then when I was 18 years old, I went to work for Taran. He called my dad and asked if I needed a job.

Yeah sorry his actions and comments are kinda creepy/dirty old man levels. Dillon “blue press” had to tone it down as they were getting pretty risqué back in the day too. I’m all for girls and guns but seeing some of the videos in the past I wasn’t sure if I was watching a shooting demo, or a porn ad with guns involved.
