So i have pretty small hands. I have a gen 3 19 and even with the finger grooves shaved off it's just not very comfortable to hold. Was thinking of trading in the gen 3 for a gen 5 but only if the grip is smaller. So does anyone have any insight?

Picking a platform that fits is priority #1, the other issues will fall in place after addressing this. Good Luck.I've really been eyeing the 365 or g43 for concealed carry purposes. Guess I just like the thoughts of more ammo.

IMO, it's time to slow down. You've made several quick trades. If it were me in your situation, I'd find a range that has a wide variety of rentals. Bring your 19.3 along as a "limited" reference. Test as many guns over several range sessions to narrow what you like. Concentrate on the new stuff and shoot a mag or two through the 19 that you aren't happy with. The p365 definitely sounds nice. Honestly not really a fan of the 48/43x. I had a gen 4 19 and it felt decent but it was my first handgun and I had one of the ones with ejection issues. So I traded that for a 320 in 40 cal. It had WAAAY better ergonomics but the 19.4 I had shot so much flatter and was definitely easier to shoot. So traded that for the gen 3 and I'm just not a fan of how it feels in my hand.
I'd really like to get another 19 or 19 sized gun. Idk maybe im too picky and just need more training?
That depends. For some, it's just enough to notice and it's not necessarily about hand size. It took Gen 4 for me to even look at a Glock and now I own many. I find the grip on a Gen 3 Glock 19 to be too fat, but find my Glocks 20 Gen 4 and 21 Gen 4 to be very comfortable, so it's not always about hand size. The gen 4 grip is smaller than a gen 3 but not enough to notice.
Comfort is an important consideration for me. Not just because it "feels" good, but comfort can also suggest a good fit, for a secure grip. I like my Glock 43, but I could easily see the Sig or something else replacing it one day. There's no way any of us can tell you what you'll like. Just look at the opinions so far. Find a shop where you can handle potential candidates. See how it feels. See how well you can operate it. Look to see if there's a range in your area that rents. The handgun of your dreams, may end up being a nightmare, so look for any opportunity to handle first.I've really been eyeing the 365 or g43 for concealed carry purposes. Guess I just like the thoughts of more ammo.

The P-10c grip feels better to me but I don't have a problem with the grip of the Glock 19 being too big and the grip of the P10 may actually be bigger, but I like it mostly because of the grip angle.Awesome answers everyone you've really given me a lot to think about. Unfortunately theres no gun shop with a range in a 1.5 hour radius from me. Theres a couple of shops near by that I can at least handle some different ones so I may just do that.
Is the p10c grip any better?
As much as I hate the two-tone look of the G48, it's a nice size gun and if you need more than 10+1 rounds to survive a gunfight maybe you need to practice more so that you can make every shot count.Finding a 19 sized gun that comfortably fits these chick mittens is becoming quite the challenge
