I'm looking for a supported barrel...
Do you mean chamber support for the cartridge case? What causes you concern about that? Glock 9x19mm OEM barrels have good support. Only Glock 357SIG OEM barrels have better.
...and a little longer for accuracy.
That's most unlikely to be detectable.

Of course, a longer barrel produces greater muzzle velocity and thus greater bullet muzzle momentum ("power factor"). That is always a benefit to a recoil-operated pistol's functional reliability, so a longer barrel is almost always a good thing.

KKM has produced custom length barrels for me at no additional cost in the past. Check with them.

I have no need for threads. I'm looking for a supported barrel, and a little longer for accuracy.
The stock 43 is quite accurate. I can get a 4" pattern at 25 yards out of mine, and I'm not an expert shooter. A better marksman than me could get a tighter grouping than that. A longer barrel will not improve your accuracy.

A longer slide, with a longer sight radius (like the G48) may help you to be more precise with your shooting. But as in most cases with Glocks, the size of the grouping is all in the indian and not in the arrows.
