IS this an 'inside-joke'?
Nope. They have some derp moments
Big time!!!!
I only have experience with GSDs, Dobermans, and various breeds of bird dogs. I know nothing about Malinois. I've heard they have a reputation for not having an "off switch". I wonder if they are trying to think so fast they just kind of "get ahead" of themselves. From a LEO's point of view, what are the Cliffs Notes on this breed?

How does a former cop use their experience to help others?

I found that hilarious.

In my old agency, we had a Lt. who was infamous for using his OCD dysfunctionalism and micromanagement to bully his troops into PTSD, stress disorders, and physical maladies - including one heart attack of an employee on duty. Now that he was forced to retire due to age, he volunteers at a center to "counsel" people having psychological crises with absolutely no education and training in the field.

I'd avoid getting advice from memes.

A GSD on Crack is right with a chaser of Expresso! I do have to say my Czech GSD is wrapped pretty tight but nothing like a Mal up on his toes... When they bite in their sleep you know you're in for a wild ride...
