The cartoon character is really over the top. I never quite understood the point of putting Punisher logo on a Glock. Seems a bit childish to me.

If you like it, that's all that matters. I has next to zero resale value now.

In summation, Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, my client is not the embodiment of evil on a mission of vengeance as the prosecution has stated, just look at his gun, er' strike that from the record, I meant ...:faint:

I like what you did. Nice custom glock! I know most are glock purists and stray from altering a glock as it may lessen the function or beauty. Yet custom guns are a hobby for some and using a glock as a base gun is a great gun for such. I buy guns to keep so why not make your gun yours. Then again I would never alter any of my Glocks unless I had a double for some odd reason. But good work on you custom glock. Let us know how it shoots.

If this is a pistol that you intend to use in self-defense if such a scenario occurred...I think the barrel is a downgrade, I see no point of the RMR and view it as a hindrance and the punisher symbol(skulls in general) would not play well with cops, prosecutors or a jury.

If this is just intended to be a range toy or used for gun games... Never mind and enjoy your custom RMR punisher Glock 17.

Thanks . Yes this is just a Range Only gun.. My G30s is my SD carry gun..

With old eyes like mine a sight replacement is about the only thing I consider an upgrade on my handguns.

Plain ole Glocks seem to do what they were designed to do and they do it very well right out of the box.

They are not, and were never intended to be "presentation" guns.
If an owner wants to actually "upgrade" a gun and make it something purty to look at, why not buy a basic Colt 1911?
Make the upgrades that will actually improve fit, function, and accuracy. Add a little tasteful engraving and some quality grips and people will gather around oo-ing and awe-ing, not snickering.

It will hold its value and be worthy of becoming a family heirloom.

If course, this is just my opinion.

Hopefully we can read a good range report here when you are all done with it.

Congrats

Not my bag either, but I don't begrudge a person their tastes in firearms.

I passed on a pretty nice S&W Model 57 the other day, (like I needed a third) because it had childish crappy laser engraving on the side plate. I might have bought it for a shooter had I been able to find a replacement side plate that didn't look like mottled crap. It was an 89-90 made Ellett Bros gun.

Rock on, like to see some creativity and originality where it isn't normally found. Hotrodding a Glock will drive some folks nuts, but it is done so rarely as far as looks I think it is great.

It's a $500 gun. BFD about resale. You like it? Does it shoot well? Have fun!
