This is advertised as a Gen 4 but will it work if I drop it into my Gen 3?

The trigger housing will not interchange between a Gen 3 and a Gen 4 Glock.
The ejector can be removed from the housing and will interchange.

Did the same and cured most of my ejection problems.
The total cure was the 30274 ejector and a NON- LCI Spring Loaded Bearing. The bearing is just a tad longer than the LCI one and puts a little more pressure on the extractor.
