Just picked up a LC9 and very happy with it... no jams, FTF, etc. Not as accurate as the G26 but accurate enough up to 20 yds... after a couple of mags I was hitting a soft drink can at 20 yds.... much more accurate than my LCP.. Overall, great little backup if you are looking for a reliable single stack 9mm and $100 cheaper than a Glock.... maybe Glock will get the message and make a single stack 9mm... some will complain about the mag and thumb safety.... some will like it....Check out this video on the LC9.....

Very Nice! Have been thinking about one myself! How's the recoil? Could that fit in a pocket holster?

YES! Fits in my front left pocket of my cargo pants... Recoil felt just a bit more than the G26.... but not uncomfortable....It has real sights and can actually shoot nice groups at 10-15 yds... only complaints were the long trigger pull and excessive creep..... my wife loves the LCP even more than the G26.... I prefer the LC9 for pocket carry and keep my G26 with laser guide rod as a nighstand pistol or carry in a holster.....

Excellent! What did you end up paying for it? Good to hear because the LCP had some issues out of the box when it first came out!
Thanks, Slainer

I prefer the GLock over the LC9 after shooting one. I didn't care for the long trigger pull and reset. Cant comment on the LCP.
I agree with you if I could only have one of the three... I own all three and wouldn't sell any of them... I think the LC9 will take some of the market from Glock for those that are looking for a reliable carry at an even more affordable price.... and there are always those that WANT a safety.....

I paid $400 from an individual who only fired two mags... he needed the cash...

HE needed the cash? You paid more for a used model than i've seen new ones shipping for.
Really? I just did a search on Gunbroker and the cheapest one sold in the past 30 days went for $375 plus $20 shipping + transfer fees.... Please tell me how I can buy another one out the door for under the price I paid..... dealer transfers are $50 here and there aren't any available in this area...

The cheapest one on Gunsamerica is $410 shipped..............

Since you posted I paid more for a "used" one (two mags fired) than you have seen new ones shipped for, be kind enough to send me the link where i can get another...... (let's not forget the transfer fees)

And he gave me the remainder of the 9mm ammo he purchased.....and the value of a FTF deal without it being in my name is a plus too...

I like this LC9 more all the time.
I just shot another 115 rounds while moving, rapid fire and point shooting and aimed shooting.
The gun is getting to be a lot of fun to shoot.
That makes about 1,200 trouble free mixed rounds through the gun to date.

I guess I'm getting used to the trigger, I don't think about it anymore.

I have a LCP and still pocket carry it sometimes if my pockets are too shallow for the LC9.

I had a G26 for a while. Didn't like it at all. I gave it back to the friend that gave it to me.

I like mine but it won't replace the G26... soon as up1911fan posts where I can get a better deal on a new one, I might just buy another!

Take a look here; they have a great price for the LC9 and most other guns you are looking for if you are a regular buyer.
Thanks... that is a site that I'll bookmark... only problem here is the high transfer fees.. most are $75 or more... I have one place that I use that will do them for $50...

For me the LCP is simply out of the equation, the real competition is between the G26 and the LC9, I do pocket carry the G26 everyday and I'm very comfortable with it, but will give a try to the LC9, I keep hearing nothing but good things about it!

This girl i been seeing picked one up today. Just over a 100 rounds through it and was flawless. I only put 1 magazine through it and shoots it really nice. Trigger pull is long but smooth and is definitely something one can get used to. Going back to the range tomorrow to put some more rounds down the tube. Seems to be very accurate too. Ill put a couple more mags through it myself and see for accuracy. If im happy with it i may just get one for myself. She paid $359(NEW) at Sportsmans Warehouse here in Oregon(Medford).
