It will be interesting to see how fast they can get them out and back to the owners.

I knew it was going to be heavier when they mentioned a sear and sear spring change. They say it's a heavier, smooth consistent pull now. My take on that would make it like a Glock with a 3.5 connector and NY1 spring which I recently tried and didn't like. I did like the 3.5/4.5 Glock connector by itself though and feel it's only a pound off the stock pull and perfectly fine for carry.

If the XDS trigger doesn't behave like it did before, It's gone and the G26 continues as my main carry gun.

Pre-Recall... My Xds-9 felt better trigger wise than my xds-45...

Mine, feel wise, as in creep and crispness were about equal. The 9 however did have about a pound lighter pull weight. A little heavier pull won't bother me in the least, I just hope it has the same take up, minor creep and crisp release it had before.

For those people that can't justify why HK's cost what they do......:whistling:

You get what you pay for.

:tongueout:
Well, I'll grant you this ...

Anybody who might feel inclined to complain about a XD trigger can make themselves feel better by trying a HK LEM. :tongueout:

A friend of mine who carries an issued HK USP 45 at work, and is a HK armorer for his agency, decided to change his .45 DA/SA variant over to the LEM trigger.

When he and I were going through an instructor update class he was having a hard time doing some quals, and attributed it to the LEM trigger. Unfortunately, he didn't have his other trigger variant parts. He borrowed a S&W 4566 and easily did the quals using it.

I thought I heard him muttering about changing out the LEM parts when he got back to his agency. :whistling:
