. . . and how do you carry?
I've progressed to 6 mile runs now. Decided to go with my Ruger LCP 380 in a kydex IWB on a belt initially, but have since switched to the PT-2 now, instead of an IWB for longer runs.
With an IWB, try to keep things balanced, gun on one side, and stuff like keys/cellphone on the other side. And now that I'm using a PT-2 belly holster, it all balances naturally.
The thinness of the LCP doesn't get in the way of my arm swing, even IWB. But that was a concern initially. The PT-2 belly holster has nothing in the way of the arm swing.
