Glocks 19, 20, 34. Too many other non-Glocks to list. Whatever it is, I probably have it or had it.

Howdy from Idaho, where my little 72-gun safe is considered "cute". Been hobby shooting since I was a tadpole. My favorite by far is shotgunning birds or clays, followed by pistol. Most of my stuff is modern, but I do still have the old family guns, and sometimes buy old guns with beautiful furniture to restore the wood, just for shiggles. Just restored an M1917 Eddystone that had an insane maple burl sporter stock. Glocks I have the 19, 34 & 20. The 20 has 4 barrels (stock, extended ported, 9" threaded, and 10mm-40sw conversion). I've done my own trigger & spring work on all of them, and installed marine cups and custom striker plates. I'm no gunsmith, but a little tinkering is fun. I won't bore you listing out all my other toys- not sure I could remember them all anyways. For EDC it's the G19, a SigP365, and very occasionally a Ruger LCPII. The G34 is home defense and plinking, and the G20 is basically my Idaho camping/hiking gun that doubles as another home defense stash.

I'll leave it there.

Welcome to the club DarnGood1 - we'd love to see some your handiwork!
Well, Sir, I usually donate or sell them when I'm done, but I do still have the M1917 at the house. The stock is done, but I haven't decided yet if I should refinish the barrel and action. The original finish is thin in some spots, but not terrible, and I don't know if it would degrade the value to strip and re-blue it. But that maple burl is outstanding, and hard to find these days. I'll happily get a few snaps of that and reply. I think most gun guys love a beautiful stock, even if you prefer synthetics.

Yes the pictures would be nice, and everybody here enjoys looking at them! They may give someone else an idea; and beautiful work is always appreciated! :)

M1917 pics. Had to strip off what was left of the original varnish, sand all the dings out with 80, 150 and 200 grit. Then no stain at all, just tung oil, then a waxy polish. Used Renaissance Wax for 1st time- I like it, dont love it. Doesnt leave the glossy finish I wanted but east fix later.
